Shampoo Question
- - Loved Passion Fruit; pump broke and it was returned to Costco.
- - Lemon Rosemary is not enjoyed and does not foam; a coupon to replace it is coming.
I bought Botanical Essential (Passion Fruit) and loved it. The pump broke off and I returned it to Costco.
I went to get another one, but they did not have any. I called Pantene to ask about availability and was told it was still being made but supply was currently a problem. I did not want to, but I did order a different fragrance. I have not enjoyed this new fragrance of Botanical Essential (Lemon/Rosemary).
But even more than that, the dispensing mechanism did not create a foam like the Passion Fruit did. This was the reason for my current call. My representative researched the Passion Fruit and let me know it was still being made but still was a supply problem. She advised that it was exclusively available through Costco.
I will continue to look for that product, because I truly think it is the best. In the meantime my representative is sending me a coupon so I can replace the Lemon Rosemary to have a working pump.

I am sure I have filled out this this survey/questionnaire. I called Pantene twice.
The 1st time because I could not find a particular product anywhere.
I ended up ordering a different fragrance and when I got that 1 the pump did not work properly. Customer service was outstanding both times.
